PyScripter is an open-source Python Integrated Development Environment (IDE) created with the ambition to become competitive in functionality with commercial IDEs available for other languages. It is a feature-rich but also lightweight. The 32-bit version of PyScripter (x32) works on **both** 32-bit and 64-bit Windows, but only with 32-bit versions of Python. **Before** using PyScripter, you must ensure that a Python version greater than or equal to 3.6 is available on your Windows machine. You can download and run a Windows installer from http://www.python.org/. PyScripter will automatically find the Python installation. Instead you can also use the portable "Python" here in SyMenu Suite, which also contains a 32-bit version of PyScripter.
