Temp Cleaner does not have a GUI, but is used exclusively to delete unused temporary files in the "%Temp%" and "%SystemRoot%\Temp" folders. Once the work is done, it displays the number of deleted files and folders for a short time on the right above the taskbar. The command line parameter /S suppresses this display.
