It executes and controls console apps like x265, NVEnc, mkvmerge, ffmpeg, etc. and uses the scripting based frameservers, AviSynth+ and VapourSynth, for video processing. It's important to understand that x64 and x86 can never be mixed. Everything StaxRip requires and everything it uses is x64. x86 plugins generally don't work in x64 applications. If you keep using your old settings, you have to Restore the default encoder profiles by overwriting to be able to see and use all SVT-AV1 encoder profiles properly. Make sure you have no pending SvtAv1EncApp-PSYEX jobs pending before you update - changed defaults might change your settings and affect the encode. SVT-AV1-HDR users should pay attention to their parameters and make sure, that there are no pending jobs when updating - they will use the new defaults. It is possible, that the codec of audio profiles might have changed/shifted with a new version. So please check your profiles and templates to make sure they are correct - otherwise fix them and re-save them!
