Main Symenu Program Update Failure

If I go on one of the machines that I haven't accessed for a few months, the Symenu update fails. Not the individual downloads but the main program update.
This is what I get. Any solutions to keep from downloading everything again with a new Symenu?

New version is: 8.13.9578
SyMenu can automatically install the new version into the current folder.
