To solve the problem delete this files from the SyMenu root folder:

7z.dll
7z.exe
Innounp.exe
Ionic.Zip.Reduced.dll
MaterialSkin.dll
Newtonsoft.Json.dll
SyMenu.Libraries.dll
SyMenu.Plugin.Resources.dll
System.Data.SQLite.dll
System.Query.dll
System.Xml.XLinq.dll

and remove the two folders
x64
x86


PLEASE DON'T TOUCH THE LIB FOLDER INSTEAD.
The Lib folder is the new location where the libraries are now.

When you are done, run SyMenu and please report here if the solution works for you.
