How many gestures are configured in you machine?
Does the problem solve if you decrease the number of gestures?

- problem goes awy, as soon as Gesturemanager is deactivated

Mybe it is the way how Win10 uses right/left-mouse clicks.

I don't think that the problem could be the SyMenu gesture manager but I had your same right click issue, and with us a lot of other people.
The real offender in my case was the NVIDIA CPL Context Menu Extension.
The resolution is easy. Here is a complete video about that
